From the initial consultation to the domestic helper’s arrival and start of employment, the entire process generally takes 4 to 8 weeks. The actual timeline depends on the progress of document processing and the availability of a suitable helper.
What should I do if the domestic helper's performance does not meet expectations?
We offer a replacement guarantee within a specified period. If your domestic helper is not the right fit, our team will work closely with you to find and arrange a suitable replacement, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process.
Will the domestic helper receive training before arriving?
Yes. All domestic helpers undergo comprehensive pre-departure training at our accredited training centers in the Philippines and Indonesia before arriving in Hong Kong. The program includes household management, infant and child care, elderly care, and communication skills, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet the needs of their employers.
